H.I.G. Capital, a London-based global alternative asset management firm overseeing approximately $75 billion in assets under management, has closed its acquisition of Torque Holdings Limited, the company announced Sept. 29, 2026.
A subsidiary of H.I.G. Capital executed the transaction, according to the firm's statement. The deal adds Torque to H.I.G.'s expanding portfolio of alternative investments across global markets.
