Lazard Finalizes Campbell Lutyens Deal, Launches Lazard CL Advisory Unit
Lazard completes its acquisition of Campbell Lutyens and debuts Lazard CL, positioning the combined firm as a global private capital advisory leader.
Lazard, Inc. has completed its acquisition of Campbell Lutyens and launched a new combined business unit called Lazard CL, the company announced Nov. 2, 2026. The New York- and London-based financial advisory firm described the new entity as a global leader in private capital advisory services.

The deal marks a significant expansion of Lazard's footprint in the private capital markets segment, an area that has seen intensifying competition among major advisory firms as institutional investors increasingly allocate to alternative assets.

Lazard CL is positioned to serve clients navigating a private capital landscape that has grown substantially in complexity and scale over the past decade.
