Pave and Levels.fyi Partner to Unify Compensation Data Tools
Pave integrates Levels.fyi salary data into its platform, giving compensation teams a single hub for real-time market pricing intelligence.
Compensation software firm Pave has announced a strategic alliance with Levels.fyi, the widely used salary transparency platform, to bring Levels.fyi market data directly into Pave's Agent and Market Pricing products. The partnership aims to consolidate what has historically been a fragmented process, in which compensation teams piece together insights from multiple surveys, spreadsheets, and third-party tools.
The integration positions Pave as a centralized platform where compensation professionals can access real-time intelligence alongside data from the sources they already rely on. By incorporating Levels.fyi's crowdsourced salary benchmarks — particularly well-regarded in the technology sector — Pave expands the breadth of market signals available to HR and total rewards teams making pay decisions.

Pave's open platform approach, which the company says is designed to accommodate every data source compensation teams trust, suggests the Levels.fyi deal may be one of several integrations intended to broaden its data ecosystem. Neither company disclosed financial terms of the alliance.
