Yellow Card Buys GoMoney, Enters Brazil Crypto Market
Yellow Card completed its acquisition of Brazilian virtual asset firm GoMoney in October, marking the stablecoin payments company's direct entry into Latin America's largest economy.
Yellow Card, an Atlanta-based stablecoin payments infrastructure provider, announced it finalized the acquisition of GoMoney Sociedade Prestadora de Serviços de Ativos Virtuais Ltda. in October, establishing a direct operational foothold in Brazil for the first time.

The deal gives Yellow Card regulatory standing and local infrastructure within the country, positioning the company to compete in a market that has drawn significant interest from global fintech players.

Brazil has been actively developing its virtual asset regulatory framework, making licensed entities like GoMoney strategically valuable acquisition targets.
