Carrix, Inc., the seller, is a major port and terminal operating company with interests across North America and beyond. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed in the announcement.
The deal reflects continued investor appetite for specialized enterprise software companies serving the transportation and logistics sector, an area that drew heightened attention following supply chain disruptions in recent years. Tideworks technology underpins operations at numerous ports, giving Diversis a foothold in a niche but operationally essential segment of global trade infrastructure.
