JLL Income Property Trust, a daily NAV real estate investment trust listed on NASDAQ, has acquired a warehouse property in the Greater Boston area, the Chicago-based firm announced Sept. 30, 2026. The acquisition adds industrial real estate exposure to a portfolio that carries approximately $7.0 billion in combined equity and debt investments.

Warehouse and industrial properties have remained among the more resilient segments of commercial real estate, supported by sustained demand from logistics and e-commerce operations.
